Hair Icons and the Secret to Beautiful Hair

Thousands of products available on the market claim to give you lustrous, healthy and strong hair but very few actually do the trick. Specially-designed shampoos and conditioners can help make your hair more manageable and soft to the touch, if you have coarse dry hair, but they will not make it look like your hair icon's overnight. If you are not lucky enough to be blessed with good genes, like the ladies below, it is going to take some work.
First of all make sure your diet is healthy and varied with plenty of fruit and vegetables. Take a multivitamin complex and make sure you drink at least 1.5 litres of water daily. Give your hair a break from harsh chemicals. Use a delicate shampoo and conditioner
and a natural bristle brush.
Make regular monthly trips to the hairdresser to get rid of those dreaded split ends.
To add more shine you can use a natural mask that you can make yourself  with 5 spoons of honey and 3 spoon of olive oil. Apply this mask to your hair and leave for 30 minutes before washing it.
